Creating Our Site Model

During class we made a start on our site model by working out the dimensions we would need for the base board and land contours. We decided on using plain old cardboard as its easily accessible, cheap and recyclable at the end of the project! As a group we started to cut out the pieces and stick them together to create the landscape for the model to sit in. After leaving it to dry over night we started to paint it using a combination of colours to try and achieve a realistic look of the original site.
We’ve created our site model in a way that we can easily slot our individual models in and out to show our different designs.
